Wingstop Fries Recipe

Prep Time 5 minutes
Cook Time 25 minutes
Total Time 30 minutes
Servings: 3 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 lb frozen crinkle-cut fries
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Mix garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, smoked paprika, cayenne, and black pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Toss the 1 lb frozen crinkle-cut fries with 1 tbsp oil in a large bowl, then add the spice blend and toss again until evenly coated.
  3. Spread fries in a single layer on a large baking sheet and bake for 22 to 26 minutes, flipping once at the halfway mark, until the edges are deep golden and crispy.
  4. Transfer to a serving plate, scatter 1 tsp fresh parsley over the top, and serve immediately.

Notes

These fries are best eaten straight off the tray while the edges are still crispy. If you want to get ahead, mix the spice blend up to a month in advance and store it in a sealed jar. The cook time listed here is based on a standard crinkle-cut frozen fry; thicker cuts will need a few extra minutes.
