S'mores Frappuccino Recipe

Prep Time 8 minutes
Cook Time 2 minutes
Total Time 10 minutes
Servings: 1 servings

Ingredients

  • 2 shots espresso (about 1/2 cup), cooled
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups ice
  • 3 tbsp chocolate sauce
  • 3 tbsp marshmallow syrup
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large marshmallows
  • 1 tbsp chocolate sauce, for drizzling

Method

  1. Drizzle 1 tbsp chocolate sauce around the inside of a 16 oz glass and rotate to coat the sides.
  2. Blend the 2 cups ice, 1/2 cup cooled espresso, 1 cup whole milk, 3 tbsp chocolate sauce, 3 tbsp marshmallow syrup, and 2 tbsp granulated sugar on high for 30 to 45 seconds until smooth and thick.
  3. Whisk the 1/2 cup heavy cream and 1 tsp vanilla extract until soft peaks form, about 2 minutes by hand or 45 seconds with a hand mixer.
  4. Toast the 4 large marshmallows on a skewer over a medium-low gas flame or under the broiler for 1 to 2 minutes until golden and caramelized.
  5. Pour the blended frappuccino into the prepared glass, spoon the whipped cream on top, add the toasted marshmallows, and drizzle with the remaining 1 tbsp chocolate sauce.

Notes

This recipe is built for a 16 oz glass. If you are making it for 2 people, double every ingredient and blend in two batches so the blender doesn't overflow. The marshmallow syrup is easy to find online or at a kitchen store, but the melted marshmallow substitute in the FAQ works in a pinch if you're stuck.
