- Add the apple cider vinegar, cayenne, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt. Whisk for 1 minute until smooth and glossy.
- Pour into a small ramekin, give it a final stir, and serve alongside chicken tenders.
Notes
This sauce is best after resting for about 10 minutes, so mix it before you start cooking your chicken. If you're making it ahead, keep it covered in the fridge and give it a quick stir before serving since the honey can settle to the bottom. The recipe doubles or triples cleanly if you need more.
