Chocolate Chip Frappe Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, chilled
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 tbsp chocolate syrup
  • 3 tbsp mini chocolate chips, divided
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • Whipped cream, for topping

Method
 

  1. Add the chilled coffee, ice, chocolate syrup, 2 tbsp of the mini chocolate chips, whole milk, heavy cream, and sugar to a blender. Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth and thick.
  2. Pour into a tall glass, top with whipped cream, scatter the remaining 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips over the top, and drizzle with extra chocolate syrup.

Notes

Brew the coffee the night before so it's fully cold when you blend. If the frappe comes out thinner than you'd like, add a small handful of ice and blend for another 15 seconds before serving.
