Caramel Frappuccino Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, chilled
  • 1 cup ice
  • 3 tbsp caramel sauce
  • 2 tbsp whole milk
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Extra caramel sauce, for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Add the chilled coffee, ice, caramel sauce, whole milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract to a blender and blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds until smooth and thick with no ice chunks visible.
  2. Pour into a tall glass, top with whipped cream, and drizzle extra caramel sauce in a spiral over the top before serving immediately.

Notes

Your coffee must be fully cold before you blend, so brew it at least a few hours ahead or the night before. Caramel sauces vary in sweetness, so taste the blend before you pour and adjust with an extra pinch of sugar if needed. This drink is best served right away.
