Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 0.5 cup whole milk
  • 0.75 cup Lucky Charms cereal, divided
  • 2 tbsp marshmallow fluff
  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract
  • Whipped cream, for topping
  • Extra Lucky Charms marshmallow pieces, for garnish

Method
 

  1. Stir 0.5 cup of the Lucky Charms cereal into the 0.5 cup whole milk and let it steep for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the 1.5 cups vanilla ice cream, 2 tbsp marshmallow fluff, 0.5 tsp vanilla extract, and the steeped milk and cereal to a blender. Blend on high for 30 to 40 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour into 2 tall glasses, top with whipped cream, and scatter the reserved 0.25 cup Lucky Charms cereal and extra marshmallow pieces over the top. Serve immediately.

Notes

The steep in step 1 is short but worth doing. Skipping it means the cereal flavor stays faint. For the best-looking garnish, pick out the marshmallow pieces from a small handful of cereal before you start blending so you have them ready to go.
