Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method
 

  1. Whisk the mayonnaise, ketchup, horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce together until smooth and evenly pink.
  2. Stir in the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, black pepper, and salt until fully blended.
  3. Stir in the lemon juice, cover, and chill for at least 15 minutes before spooning into a serving bowl and dusting with a little extra smoked paprika.

Notes

This sauce actually tastes better the next day once the horseradish and garlic have had time to settle in, so it's a good one to make ahead if you're planning a game day spread. If your ketchup is on the sweeter side, taste before adding the full amount of salt.
